This leopard was rescued at only a few days old and hand-reared by the Camp's owners. However, at about eighteen months of age it became unpredicatble and thus unsuitable to continue to be kept as a pet. At the same time, it could not be released into the wild as it had no fear of humans. Thus it has spent the last fifteen years in a ten hectare pen where it is fed daily in front of visitors in a hide, which does at least provide good photo opportunities.
